Being a family-run company, who better to tell the Custom Heat story and chart its journey than the family itself? Not everyone is used to appearing on camera and it can be quite a daunting and nerve-wracking process, so it was important for our interviews to be staged like informal conversations (which just so happen to have a camera recording them).
This was the key to capturing the passion and dedication that has fuelled the company since 1980. We were also asked to update the website photography and capture some on-the-job shots for various paid advertising campaigns on Facebook.
We spent a total of three days on location, which included a trip to Worcester Bosch to shoot a partner / supplier testimonial to sit alongside the customer testimonials.
A further three days were spent at various locations in the local area for work-in-progress photography, as well as shots at key landmarks in Warwickshire and Leicestershire to show Custom Heat’s area of coverage.
Custom Heat understood the value of high-end video and photography for their website, which now serves as a great discovery tool for people looking to see the people behind the company, as well as the services they provide.
