The best way to tell your brand story is to get your customers to do it for you. Docu-style case studies not only serve as a great testimonial, but also showcase how your product or service has helped them build their business and achieve success. We were spoilt for choice when it came to selecting happy customers to feature for our client, industry-leading salon software provider, iSalon.
Shot over the course of three days in Stratford, Blackpool and Derby, we selected three different salon stories – covering hair, beauty and spas – to demonstrate the versatility of the software. We carefully crafted our interview questions to make sure we painted a clear picture of the problems salon owners/managers were confronted with before they adopted iSalon. We conducted the shoots in a mini-documentary style, capturing the daily hustle and bustle in the salon, and the team using the software, in an unobtrusive, fly-on-the-wall manner.
The videos were created to raise awareness of the new-look iSalon brand, while increasing engagement and ultimately, conversions. We’ve had some excellent feedback so far and look forward to tracking the performance of these videos now the website has launched.
