PCI Pal offer secure cloud payment solutions to some of the world’s largest organisations, from DHL and Made.com to Virgin Active and AllSaints. As part of a comprehensive rebrand and new website launch, StrategiQ Video was asked to produce three client case study videos for Made.com, Serco and Kidzania, detailing how PCI Pal is helping these companies meet their PCI compliance challenges internationally.
What really engages viewers are the benefits a particular product or service provides, so it was important that we captured the scale of the problem PCI Pal’s customers were facing and how the solution solved these challenges.
We carefully tailored our interview questions to make sure we extracted the information we needed without getting bogged down in complexity. The most important thing was that the client endorsement rang true and came across as being totally natural and unscripted. Testimonials have to be authentic, believable and genuine to carry any kind of credibility.
We also produced two animated explainer videos to show how PCI Pal’s solutions work. We scripted both videos, created sample storyboards to previs the look and feel, sourced the music and engaged former BBC newsreader Fenella Fudge to provide the UK voice over and versatile voice actor and coach Dian Perry for the US versions.
The production of all five videos ran very smoothly and the tight deadline served to build momentum and keep us focused. We had to burn the midnight oil on the animations, but we managed to deliver them on time and on budget, and best of all, didn’t have to compromise on our high quality standards. The videos have had some great feedback from the client and their customers and partners, so we’re looking forward to working with PCI Pal again soon.
